Virtual Support Groups

OCD New Hampshire is pleased to offer on-going virtual support groups for our OCD community! All of these groups are free to attend.

  • Adult Virtual OCD Support Group via Zoom
    • Thursdays at 8 pm Email for Zoom link
    • This group is open to adults (18+) with OCD and related disorders.
  • Parents of Anxious Kids (PoAK) Support Group
    • Second Tuesday of each month at 8 pm Email for Zoom link
    • This group is open to parents of school aged kids with OC/Anxiety related disorders. The group is facilitated by Jeanette Nogales, LCMHC, M.Ed., C.A.G.S. of The OCD and Anxiety Center for Change and Jodi Langellotti, wife and mom to loved ones with OCD.
  • Youth and Teens with OCD Virtual Support Group 
    • Third Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm
    • Parents must fill out a permission form prior to receiving a Zoom link for the support group. For safety reasons, all participants will be required to have their cameras on during the group. No one will be required to share or speak.
    • This group is open to kids and teens ages 10-17 with OCD and related disorders. We meet virtually on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm. This group is facilitated by Elian Beattie, LMHC, Christina Ennabe, LCMHC, and as her schedule allows, Amelia, a teen living with OCD.
  • Family and Friends OCD Support Group
    • Third Monday of each month at 8 pm. Email for Zoom link.
    • Meeting monthly via zoom, this group is open to spouses, partners, friends, parents of adults (17+) with OCD and related disorders. This group is facilitated by Jodi Langellotti, wife and mother to loved ones with OCD and GAD.
